When is it?

The St. George Utah Parade of Homes is usually the last 2 weekends in February. This year it is FEBRUARY 15 – 24, 2013. The homes are viewable from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Closes at 5 pm on February 24th. Please contact us or call (435) 862-3303 to set up a day & time if you're wanting to go out and look at any of the homes for sale in St. George (other then the parade of homes). Our office specializes in helping out of town buyers find the best home within their search criteria. Also, as a buyer, it doesn't cost you anything to have us help you through the buying process (finding a home, writing the offer, negotiating, helping through the due diligence, etc) as it's the seller that pays our commission, not you!
